Which service is right for my business?

How does billing work?
Every retainer is a monthly PayPal subscription. You approve it once in PayPal; it renews automatically on the same day each month. PayPal emails a receipt for every payment, and your client portal shows your billing details.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Every monthly retainer has a 3-month minimum term. That is the time needed to get settled into your account, build the system and show real results.
How do I cancel or pause?
From your client portal. Cancellation and pause requests are coordinated 15 to 30 days in advance so we can plan a proper handoff, and a cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of the 3-month minimum term.
What is the client portal?
After you subscribe you create a password (your email is your username). The portal shows your service, start date, what is included, your minimum-term date and billing. It also has a private message thread with our team and the cancel / pause request form.
Are ad spend, software and travel included?
No. Media spend, software subscriptions, data tools, production crews, specialist vendors and travel are quoted and billed separately, with your approval first.
Why is the Embedded CMO tier by request?
It is a high-access engagement scoped around a transformation or major launch. After a short fit call we send a secure PayPal subscription link for the agreed scope.
