1. General Use

Content on this site is for informational and creative promotional purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information presented.

2. No Warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual content, brand assets, character artwork, designs, and written materials are owned by Lagoon of Randomness™ LLC or used under license. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.

4. Trademarks

"Lagoon of Randomness™," "CTRL+R Studio™," "Cloak," and associated logos are trademarked concepts of Lagoon of Randomness™ LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not post or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

6. Changes to Website

We may modify or discontinue the website, or any part of it, without notice.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lagoon of Randomness™ LLC harmless from claims, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from your use of the website or breach of these terms.

10. Store Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices in the shop are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal at checkout. Your order is accepted when payment is captured. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

11. Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged per order and shown before payment, at our production partner’s live standard shipping rate for your cart and delivery address (or $5.00 for the United States and Puerto Rico / $10.00 international if the live rate can’t be retrieved). Details are in our Shipping Policy.

12. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where we are required to, based on the shipping address:

Florida: the 6% state sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax of the county where the order is delivered, as published by the Florida Department of Revenue.
Puerto Rico: the 11.5% Sales and Use Tax (IVU), made up of 10.5% Commonwealth tax and 1% municipal tax.
Other states and countries: no sales tax is collected at checkout. Any tax or duty owed in your location is your responsibility.

Tax is calculated on the items and the shipping charge and shown as a separate line before you pay. Rates change when the law changes, and the rate in effect on the day of your order applies.

13. Discount Codes

One discount code can be used per order, unless the offer says otherwise.
Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be applied to past orders.
Codes may have an expiration date, a minimum purchase, product limits or a usage limit, shown with the offer.
Some codes may reduce or cover standard shipping. A shipping code applies only where the offer says it does.
We may cancel a code, or an order that used one, if it was obtained or used in a way the offer does not allow.

14. Returns & Refunds

Shop products are made to order. Refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County.

16. Revisions

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates agreement to the updated terms.
