Shipping Policy

Every Lagoon of Randomness™ product is made to order by our production partner, Printful. Nothing is pre-stocked, so each item is printed after you buy it and shipped directly to you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged per order at our production partner’s live standard shipping rate for the items in your cart and your delivery address. We pass that rate on at cost, with no markup. Your shipping cost appears in your cart as soon as you choose where your order ships, and again at checkout before you pay. If the live rate can’t be retrieved at the moment you check out, a standard rate of $5.00 per order (United States and Puerto Rico) or $10.00 per order (international) applies instead.
Promotional Shipping Offers
Shipping is charged on every order. From time to time we may issue a discount code that reduces or covers standard shipping. When we do, the offer applies only as described with that code, and it can't be applied to past orders.
Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
- Production: usually begins within 1–5 business days.
- Delivery in the United States and Puerto Rico: typically 7–10 business days after production.
- International delivery: typically 10–20 business days after production.
Allow extra time during holidays, sales and product drops. Oversized or limited-run items can take longer, and orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.
Processing Schedule
Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays. Orders placed Friday night through Sunday begin processing Monday.
Carriers & Where Orders Ship From
Orders ship with USPS, UPS or another carrier chosen for your address. To get your order to you faster, Printful may produce and ship it from the facility closest to you, including facilities outside the United States.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 10 business days of ordering, write to contactus@lagoonofrandomness.com.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery, aren't included in our prices or shipping fee, and are the customer's responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. The address you choose in PayPal must be in the same state or country you selected in your cart. Once an order is in production we can't change the address. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped after the customer pays the new shipping cost.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated from the shipping address and shown before you pay. Florida orders pay the 6% state sales tax plus the delivery county's surtax, and Puerto Rico orders pay the 11.5% IVU. In both, tax applies to the items and the shipping charge. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
