Destino 191: Placemaking.
Over two years, the project supported community leaders through economic development, planning, and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen shared public spaces along the corridor.

- Foundation for Puerto Rico, in collaboration with Comité Desarrollo Barrio Cubuy, Inc., A Friends’ Foundation, and the Triple-S Foundation.

- Developed through the USDA's Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge (RPIC).
- Result
- The resulting Rural Placemaking Plan provides a strategic guide for advancing the community's economic, social, and physical development goals.
