Shop Orders

When you buy from our shop we receive your name, email address, shipping address, the items you ordered and the order total. We use this record to fulfill your order, send shipping updates, handle refunds, keep tax and accounting records, and answer your questions. We do not see or store your full card or bank details; payments are processed by PayPal.

Companies That Help Us Fulfill Orders

We share only the information each company needs to do its job:

PayPal processes your payment and refunds under PayPal's own privacy statement.
Printful prints, packs and ships your order. They receive your name, shipping address, the items ordered and, if needed for delivery, your email or phone number.
Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS or DHL) receive your name and address to deliver the package and may send you tracking updates.
Google Workspace hosts our email, including messages about your order.

International orders may be produced and shipped from facilities outside your country, and your shipping details may be processed there to deliver your order.

Marketing Emails

We only send newsletters and promotions if you opt in. Messages about an order you placed, such as shipping updates and refund notices, are sent even if you have not opted in to marketing.

How Long We Keep Order Records

We keep order and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years, and then delete them.

Cookies

We use cookies for session management and analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we delete it immediately.
